Background Experience:During my last 20 years career experience I was able to possess a wealth of capabilities in a diversified fields of industries throughout a mix of cultures within Egypt and Gulf countries. Starting from a large scale of administrative skills, in depth financial and legal expertise backed with academic studies in the 3 fields (Master of Business Administration, Crisis Management & Disaster, Diploma of Public Law and Faculty of Law) to leading role in Human Resources, as a strategic partner with executive committee members. In addition, I worked in sales and marketing and sales of all consumer products and automobiles as well as experience in construction industries and contracting.The industries where I gained most of my experience were in Chemical industry, Construction, Health and beauty, mining and cable as well as food industry.Specific role and responsibilities: During this diverse career path and my experience of more than 20 years I was in charge of leading the work teams of all departments related to human capital such as human resources, legal departments, industrial security, occupational safety, environment and financial transactions such as taxes, financial analysis, feasibility study and costs of projects. Throughout this period, I faced many challenges that stretched my capabilities, I was able, with my team, to double the volume of the business of several companies, saving companies from bankruptcy and dealing with a lot of emergency situations such as strikes, mergers, acquisitions and exits. My role included establishing, developing and training specialized departments to manage approximately 7,000 workers Simultaneously by forming and managing distinct teams in many sectors, industries and diverse trade
