• Founder of Sharemade, its social media operating system for events uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to automatically capture photos taken at events and shared directly on Facebook or Twitter. The solution works with RFID tags such as bracelets, which are linked, for example, to Facebook. They detect the users profile and enable the users to easily share their memories on social networks via a simple swipe, also Check-in to a place or to ‘Like’ things on Facebook at exhibitions via swiping RFID tags over my invented machines.• Dedicated to develop and implement the initial phase of my startup and responsible for building and improving a maintainable embedded hardware platform of Sharemade. • Innovated and designed special Machine 2 Machine (M2M) solution integrated with social media networks. • Increased reliability and reduced cost through redesign and requalification.• Procured my prototype components, created implementation plan and perform validation testing.• Spearheaded the delivery of my product to the market.• Generated business model, created business plan, operational and financial analysis for my startup, strategy creation and execution• Showcased my product in Start-up Weekend Alexandria 2011 and in ArabNet Conference.• Managed my early stage startup to venture funded by Orascom Telecom Ventures.• Collaborated with Orascom Telecom Ventures in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including manufacturing and focused improvement in my startup “Sharemade".
