 2016: Finalizing the all Import / Export & Constructions vessels operations for project East Nile Delta ‘END’ Phase III with the Client Pharanoic Petroleum Co. ‘PHPC’. 2016: Finalizing the all Import / Export & Constructions vessels operations for project West Nile Delta ‘WND’ Phase I with the Client British Petroleum ‘BP’ & Burullus Gas Co. 2017 - 2018: Finalizing the all Import / Export & Constructions vessels operations for project ATOLL with the Client North Damietta Petroleum Co. ‘NDPC. 2017 - 2019: Finalizing the all Import / Export & Constructions vessels operations for project Giza Fayoom, Ravin ‘GFR Phase I with the Client British Petroleum ‘BP’ 2018 – 2020: Managing all Import / Export & Constructions vessels operations for project West Delta Deep Marine phase 9B ‘WDDM – 9B’ with the Client Burullus Gas Co. Managing Material receipt at Abu Qir navy base from imports & working construction vessels. Managing Material receipt at PetroJet Maadia fabrication site from imports & working construction vessels. Managing Material segregation for each vessel in the yard. Sending material for each vessel on its port call or via supply runs While offshore operations. Managing construction vessels logistics internal / external & site operations. Co-ordination with local Freight Forwarding in accordance with Frame Agreements. Ensure that Transport activities will be done on due time recording and updating in the Share point system. Managing all the relevant register with associated documents relating to import/export as Customs declaration Ensure that all the documentations (TI/clearance in general) will be delivering on time and that any vessels will not suffer any delay. Proactive Management in the day to day and especially for the Management of Customs and Transport providers. Maintain BP / Burullus / NDPC / PHPC Consumption Report on a monthly basis.

Logistics Operations Management: Manage logistics operations as a part of the total supply chain, monitoring the service levels toprovide continuing enhancement to the service provided internally and externally.Communicate with both origin and destination locations regarding shipment status and specialhandling and delivery processes. Manage the whole Import & Export cycles as well as fulfilling governmental required approvalsand all legal documentation and adhere customs and quarantine regulations, customs laws, andtariffs. Follow up with both customs brokers and authorities to make sure that duties have been correctlyestimated according to the correct HS. Codes.Team Management: Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments,providing guidance, training and ensuring the availability of needed resources with clear teamperformance targets and KPIs. Supervise, coach and providing advice for team member regarding logistical issues and plans. Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies, and procedures through setting goals andobjectives with the head management. Analyzing data to monitor performance and set improvements if needed on the logistical plans. Conduct regular & prompt reviews and audit of business activities & results against plannedobjectives and take the corrective actions to ensure that the set targets are consistently met.Bank relations: Examines invoices, bills of lading, L/C and all shipping documents to ensure compliance withfederal regulations and client’s contracts. Prepare and advise shipping terms and required documents in Bank’s Letters of credit with bothsuppliers and Clients front including all requests for extensions, expiration and cancellation. Manage and supervise all transactions related to overseas suppliers to ensure the timely paymentsof the purchase orders and accordingly on time material dispatches.

I'm responsible for handling all LOGISTICS tasks and operations shipping equipment, electrical devices and several material from all around the world to our construction sites inside & outside Egypt. Also exporting from Egypt to wherever our sites are.

Job Duties:Preparing and advising shipping terms and required documents in Bank's Letters of credit with both suppliers and Clients to achieve best interest of the Company. Follow up with suppliers on overseas orders issued by procurement. Preparing status reports for overseas orders related to the same project.Ensure that all updates are fed on the system.Shipping ready material by the most appropriate method: Ocean Freight (Import & Export)Air freight (Import & Export)Preparing shipping documents as per contracts requirementsHandling shipping procedures as per different kinds of contracts, governmental and private sectors local and overseas. Ensuring the timely communication of information to all concerned parties.Maintaining supplier's paperwork to match Co. requirements.Obtaining freight quotations from several forwarders to chose best shipping rates. Handling forwarder's accounts, invoices, and releasing payment as per their previously received offers. Liaise with forwarders and Accounts Dept. locally and overseas to secure adequate and timely payment.
