Collecting data and identifying upcoming projects for the Company. Coordinating and facilitating all projects undertaken by the company(planning and scheduling of work) . Follow ups on strategic goals of the company. Ensuring proper warehouse management and making sure bin cards balance with stock. Management, supervision and training of C.A.A.P.S staff. Planning of jobs making sure targeted volumes are achieved withthe required quality structures. Ensuring all projects are done properly and within agreed lead times. Ensuring proper costing of projects. Ensuring safety, health and equipment standards are kept. Ensuring workshop duties are done properly and quality is to standard. AutoCAD drawing and design of aluminum products.  Coming up with correct material listing (quantities required for project) for assembling aluminum products and drawing up quotations using pastel.  Sales of Aluminum products and Sections. Interface with the Workshop and Installation to ensure manufacturability of design by providing guidance and advice where required. Create and maintain costed Bill of Materials that are tracked, updated and reviewed throughout the project lifecycle. Estimate and record component cost throughout the design lifecycle and provide suggestions to the project team to reduce the cost through design changes, material selection and manufacturing processes

• Fabrication of aluminum profiles frames using machines.• Interpreting the Bill of Quantities for materials and cutout lengths.• Use of the Double-head cutter, Clipping, End mill and Copier machines. • Setting standards for cutting operations done on the Copier machine.• Inventory and quality control.• AutoCAD drawing and design of assembling and sectioning aluminum profiles.• Preparation inventory list.• Knowledge and assembly of various forms of aluminum profile arrangement. • Receiving in and issuing out of stock• Training of new employees on the use of factory machines
