Coming from a Human Resources background, I would have never thought it possible to work in another field . Having to reorient after moving from my home country was definitely not easy but I am happy to say that i am proud of the progress that i have made so far. I had to learn a new language and also new skills. Care work has not only taught me workskills but it made me realise some of the qualities that i never thought i had. Some of those qualities include patience, reliability .Joining another industry altogether as the journey goes on, I am excited to be learning new skills in operations. Working with a diverse group of colleagues in the Logistics industry is a good chance to put into practice all that I have learnt throughout my work experience.
