As a Billing Executive, my core activities include :• To ensure all queries from respective countries actively and aggressively solved in timely manner regarding shipments.•To ensure shipments validated correctly before billing the customers according to the AWB, Invoices and DDP.• Recommend process improvements to the senior. Ensure the execution of processes, related to Billing, in accordance with SLA’s, aiming to achieve the strategic objectives for the Billing operation.

• Manage operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure 100% and timely connections of Bumi X (M) Sdn Bhd.• Cooperate with ground staffs to deliver urgent shipment to Bank’s before 12pm.• Reorganized the warehouse inventory system, making the process 90% less cumbersome to handle than before.
