• Advocate for all veterans being served by the PA CareerLink offices within the LVER’s area through participation in activities with business, industry, and community-based organizations• Represent the PA CareerLink offices at job fairs and career fairs.• Conduct employer outreach.• Conduct job search and other workshops with employers and establish job search groups.• Work directly with other PA CareerLink and workforce development providers and partners to develop service delivery strategies and to educate staff concerning initiatives and programs for veterans.• Coordinate with unions, apprenticeship programs, and business organizations to promote and secure employment and training programs for veterans.• Actively participate on local and regional business services teams.• Use and comply with provisions of all current manuals, handbooks, and other documents derived from federal, state, or BWPO policies and procedures.
