• Design and deliver reports that meet the client’s needs• Support the APAC Account Manager with the generation and aggregation of reports and data based on agreed schedules and dimensions such as:• Running weekly and monthly reports for the account across the AMEA region • Running monthly reports to support the invoicing process• Delivering User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new reports as required• Building / testing / running ad hoc reports as required by the APAC Account Manager• Ensure that data integrity is maintained, running regular audits over data and reporting issues to be corrected• Participate in various projects and deliver the source data for analysis in the project team• Manages all account requests for survey execution or generation and provides reports on survey results• Proactively identify where support may be needed and act accordingly.

Management of Contracts including but not limited to: Generation, Extension, Termination∎ In charge of Communication, Engagement and over all Contractor care∎ Management of Compliance and governance, time sheeting and payments∎ Maintenance of reports, systems and process pertaining to Contractor administration∎ Responding to verbal and written enquiries from Contractors, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment Agencies∎ Engagement of Hiring Managers, Contractors, Project Managers and Resource Managers to determine statuses of deployed contractors (ie extensions, performance, induction)∎ Interface with Talent2 Payroll team in the delivery of Contractor Management Services to the Client∎ General Administration

 Conduct initial screening via face to face and/or phone interviews Conducts sourcing of applicants from the different recruitment channels (e.g. on-line postings from Jobstreet & JobsDB, job fair database, etc). Administers test which includes scoring and interpretation. Ensures timely encoding of all applicants into the database Prepares Probationary contracts and wavelists for successful candidates Facilitates booths during job fairs and off-site recruitment initiatives Provides clerical assistance such as encoding tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external contacts, preparing adhoc reports and presentations as may be required. Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
