In 2021, I balanced multiple roles: Head of Talent Demand, Head of the PMO for the Digital Operations Platform project, and initiator of the newly-established People Business Partners (HRBP) arm. With a career history rooted in line departments—some of which I now served as an HRBP—I had a unique vantage point to navigate the complexities of these core functions. This informed my work in 2022 when my focus shifted exclusively to HRBP, where I led a team to craft well-rounded people strategies covering the full suite of HR functions.
