Responsible for the reopening of the hotel, putting in place the entire infrastructure after 15 months with almost no activity, as well as the upgrade of all EOL equipment, new wiring, and supervision of the new areas (75 Rooms). Upgraded the LAN with new design to 10G. Responsible for IT Operation adhering to Marriott standards.

Responsible for IT Operation as independent hotel.Responsible for carrying out in a clear and orderly manner without major impact to operation and guest in house of Deflag from Marriott to independent Hotel in all major systems such as Opera PMS, Simphony and Email.Oversaw IT department operations and training.

Responsible for IT Operations at both hotels, covering Budgets, Capex, and meeting Marriott's operational standards. Responsible for the opening of Solaz Luxury Collection, and the network migration from Starwood to Marriott at Sheraton Hacienda de Mar.

Member of the Opening Team in conjunction with General Manager, Maintenance Director and Site Director, assisting in the decision making for the design of the Administrative networks for Solaz Hotel and Solaz Timeshare, as well as the WIFI, PBX, IPTV, Room Automation, Ambient Sound, Digital Signage, TV, based on Starwood and Marriott standards. Also participating in the decision making for the selection of suppliers for everything related to IT. Support to Executive Committee already in Operations (GM, DOF, DOSM, DHR, DOO, DOE).
