As a program manager, I support the management team in designing, planning, and executing strategies for various projects, including the Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator (CLLA) and HIP Career Breakthrough Program. My responsibilities include:- Identifying, evaluating, and tracking suitable startups for admission into the CLLA program.- Go-to person for stakeholders, startups, mentors, and investors.- Building and managing the CLLA and HIP community simultaneously.- Managing a platoon of 5 startups per program, ensuring their objective is achieved.- Execute and manage about 700+ scholars for HIP Program by designing tracking tools for data analysis.I am also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financing of the company to ensure everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time. As Senior Project Executive, I have the privilege of overseeing the setup and execution of various events, end-to-end, for a range of purposes.
