I am a young social entrepreneur from Bangladesh and the Founder of Bangladesh Youth Society (BYS), a leading organization dedicated to empowering youth across the country. I have been honored to receive the prestigious Diana Award from the British royal family for my significant contributions to social work, particularly in the fields of quality education, climate action, and gender equality. Over the past eight years, BYS has impacted over 1 million individuals across 64 districts in Bangladesh, spearheading innovative projects such as Avoy, Girls Summit, Swapnajoy, Let's Be Reasonable, and Barisal Nook. These initiatives aim to solve critical social issues, empowering youth to become change agents in their communities. In 2024, I had the privilege of serving as a judge for the Diana Award, recognizing outstanding youth leadership globally. Additionally, I am a Youth Integrity Board Member for UNODC, where I work to promote good governance and integrity among young people worldwide. My mission is to foster sustainable change through advocacy, collaboration, and leadership development, empowering marginalized communities, including youth in coastal and hill tract areas, to build a brighter future.Through my work, I continue to advocate for innovation, inclusivity, and youth leadership as the foundation for a more just and sustainable world.
