An enthusiastic, graduated in Computer Science major in Network Computing from University Malaysia Sarawak with more than 4-year’s experience as IT Consultant. She is an IT Consultant at Finsoft Consulting Sdn. Bhd., where we provide holistic end-to-end Epicor ERP solutions to our customers. Whilst ensuring that they are aligned with their desired business strategy and business model, we also help our customers to enhance their competitiveness. Before she’s joining Finsoft Consulting, she was an Application Consultant in Automotive Industry System at Inter-Enterprise Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (IESYNC) for 3 years. She can be described as well as action-oriented person and driven by confidence to be a successful and good future investment for a company. In her position, she has been contributed to the continuous improvement of IESYNC system based on learning from ideas, client implementation, and system support. She has been participating and monitoring with various of projects, handling support and well versed in documentations like Proposal, Blueprint, Test script and other related project documents to achieve the business goals which help her to improve the communication and dealing skills as well. Furthermore, she also responsible in providing the system solution support to our automotive clients by diagnose system problem area and resolve the ticket within SLA which work liaise with our Software Development team to implement, deliver enhancement and system fixed of the system. Nevertheless, her background also quite active and impressive since in the high school and university, she was also involved in extracurricular activities that has strengthened her interpersonal skills, which gave her insight on how to communicate and work with all kinds of people. She has developed confidence and leadership qualities through participation in the college representative council as Exco Discipline. She’s also an active hockey player since high school. These experiences allowed her to develop and applied with strong organizational skills, leadership skills and time management which is important in real industrial field and casual employment while continuing to through life.
