Water Treatment And Plumbing Supervisor
Current* Maintenance and supervision of all the water treatment equipment, Plumbing issues, Steam lines and compressed airline.* Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for water treatment plants, including pumps, valves, piping, and filtration systems.* Deliver reduction in maintenance cost, fuel cost per unit, energy cost reduction. Identity and implement cost saving initiatives across the group.* Work on the design of water purification, desalination, and wastewater treatment equipment.* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for mechanical components and systems.* Execution of all utility equipment, time-based maintenance according to schedule, within approved costing to minimize down time.* Lead and manage water treatment projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.* Supervision of the installation of all projects pneumatic and water piping system under utility and mechanical unit.* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored water treatment solutions.* Implement modifications and upgrades to enhance the efficiency and performance of mechanical systems in water treatment processes.* Drive innovative solutions for improvement of all Utility performance KPI.* Ensure that mechanical designs and installations comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety guidelines.* Drive reduction in work related accidents and fire occurrences on site.* Supervise the testing and commissioning of water treatment systems to ensure proper operation and performance.* Drive visible felt safety leadership and participation and ensure audit compliance.* Work closely with civil, electrical, and process engineers to ensure the integrated design and operation of water treatment systems.
