Value-driven people and project manager and geotechnical lead for foundation design, cable route engineering, site investigations and related ground assessment services for offshore wind farms.Frederik has been engaged in site assessment and design delivery for offshore wind farm projects of nearly 10 GW from early development to detailed design as either contractor, consultant or developer. He has served in roles as Client’s package manager, design work package lead, onshore project manager and lab test expert, providing extensive experience in managing, supporting, and delivering detailed foundation design, cable route engineering, ground conditions assessments, and large-scale, multi-vessel geotechnical and geophysical site investigations from tender to reporting. Frederik has a technical background as soil and rock materials researcher, which provides him an excellent platform for analysing and synthesising relevant site investigation data as input for foundations and cable route design engineering. In addition, Frederik demonstrates excellent people, communication and project management skills earned from serving in multiple Client facing roles, studies in project management, and +15 years as leader trainer with the Danish Guide & Scout Association.
