• Review, monitor, & release LC transaction related to Export& Import with total volume of IDR 1,25 trillion, & resulting fee based income of IDR 3,20 Bio in 2015 with inly 1 Bills staff along with outstanding audit result & customer experience.• Review Credit Agreements, monitor monthly loan utilization, monitor expired collateral documents, monitor insurance of collaterals, appraisal periods & working closely with notary for mortgage process.• Investigate any long pending & case of mortgage process to notary & land office when nessecary.• Member of weekly branch meeting• Monitor loan preparation, disbursement, payment punctuality & follow up late paymenta with total loan manage of IDR 1.50 Trillions with only 1 Credit Admin staff.• Escalate any issue with head office especially during early implememtation of new system or system enhancement.

• Involve Develop, improve and implement various banking risk monitoring policies, procedures, standards and practices, which include but not limited to Market, Liquidity, Operation and Credit risks for the approval, measurement, reporting, monitoring, limiting and analysis of risks. Work with Head Office Basel II team and develop and implement effective risk and Basel II capital frameworks, policies and methodologies for Bangkok Bank - Jakarta Branch• Develop Operational Risk Framework, Policy & Procedure based on best practice & adjust to the Bank operation complexity.• Develop, conducted & provide advice for KCS assessment within all unit at the Bank.• Create Heat Map, Top 5 Risk Issue & Quarterly Operational Risk Profile.• Educate & liaise Head of the respective units toward operational risk awareness & prudent risk control culture.• Assisting Head of Risk Management to craete Quarterly overall risk profile• Member of Risk Management Commitee

• Perform and support Mortgage’s Collateral Valuation, produce valuation report and input data to Web Appraisal System.• Order to external valuation vendor for Staff loan’s Collateral Valuation (Housing loan & Car Loan), perform secondary checker on external valuation Report and input data to Web Appraisal System.• Produce Monthly GAP Analysis on external valuations Reports based on 30% sample basis.

• Conducting Operational Risk Review based on KCS (Key control Standard) & KCSA (Key control self assessment) to all unit and branches across Permatabank ( Nation wide).• Perform Opening Meeting to socialize operational risk management policy as second layer of defend for the bank and also ORA Review Methodology.• Produce Working paper and review summary and share to the auditee and Head of ORA.• Escalate and follow up dispute issues to Head of ORA.• Provide input of operational risk issues found at the respective unit.
