• Make sure the program meets the PWS requirements that include the required number of instructors.
• Responsible for scheduling the training programs and make sure all the new student joining meet the required criteria.
• Supply RSAF with weekly and monthly training report.
• Responsible for 200 instructors and admin staff training over 800 RSAF Employees multi-service personnel through a college-level curriculum designed to prepare students to lead in full spectrum operations in the joint.
• Regular interaction with senior management Senior Management, RSAF & all other entities involved in program to make sure the success of the training programs for all RSAF Employees.
