Metal Transfer to Casting Furnaces, Alloying, sample chemical analysis for Batch Furnace preparation .Direct Vertical Chill Billet Casting with Air Cushion Technology. Billet extraction form the Casting Pit, Quality Check and Billet Handling & Prepared Casting Table.Check water flow and the correct functionality of the closed water circuit. Respect SOP, Quality and Safety procedure with particular attention on Molten Metal Handling and Mobile Equipment .Apply 5S and Housekeeping in coordination with the shift as well as Autonomous Maintenance where applicable following the instruction of the direct supervisor .Record Near Miss and Injury Free event as well as Equipment Failure event .Cooperate with maintenance crew during Maintenance activities Record out of stock consumables communicating with the shift Leader .Apply Help Chain in case of missing performances or target volume during the shift and in case of deviation from the standard process .Supervise the automatic billet Handling from the Lay down table up to the Finished Good Billet storage, scrap and defect at the ultrasonic crack testing line recording Data Load and scrap Load at the Terminal station.Transfer the production to the assigned storage area by the means of Fork lift Load Data in THE MES and make task report in Soft and/or Hard Copies - Record Scrap and failure event production in HMI/SCADA/MES.
