Roles and Responsibilities:a) User and usage growth responsibility of bKash Customer App and bKash Agent Appb) Contribute to the development and finalization of organizational product and business strategic plans.c) Closely collaborate with product managers for a range of products, including eKYC and Identity Features, Loyalty and CLM products, Bill Payments, Financial Products (Loans, Savings, Remittance, Insurance, Banks and Cards, etc.), Online and Offline payment products (including payment gateway), and more.d) Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure a coherent user experience across the app.e) Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap items in collaboration with Software, Cloud, and System Engineers.f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Business, Customer Support, Regulatory & Compliance, Legal, and Finance, for GTM planning and execution of large-scale and elegant consumer products.g) Track and analyze product performance and market trends in collaboration with Data Science & Business Intelligence teams.h) Collect customer feedback and market insights in collaboration with the User Research team and plan product iterations accordingly.i) Manage the product backlog through continuous grooming and translate business requirements into developer-friendly technical product documents and user stories.j) Perform acceptance and ad-hoc functional testing of new features

Roles and Responsibilities:a) Identify consumer and business problems and then define product scope, requirements, and specifications from user expectations and business stakeholders for the Customer and Agent App.b) Enable other product clusters and business teams to refine their business requirement, translate them into product stories and facilitate timely delivery in alignment with the agreed organizational roadmap.c) Define product success metrics with the help of different established frameworks.d) Effectively manage and resolve conflicts related to product delivery.e) Identify relevant data points, ensure those are being developed, shared to relevant pipelines and being processed in relevant intelligence engines.f) Effectively manage and resolve conflicts related to product delivery.g) Analyze, interpret and visualize data, user feedback, and market research with the help of relevant stakeholders.Work Achievements:● End-to-end involvement in launching of the revamped bKash Agent App which generates millions of transactions each day● Converted 42%+ of total bKash active Customer base to active app user base● Achieved 281%+ growth of active Customer app user base since 2018 ● Successfully shipped 23 app releases and 72+ impactful products and features in bKash Customer and Agent App● Shifted over 85.5% of the entire Agent base to App ecosystem from USSD, which saved millions of BDT as USSD charges.
