I'm thrilled to announce that I've recently joined Beximco Pharmaceutical as a Quality Control Officer, Microbiology Unit (US FDA Approved). In this role, I'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through microbiological testing and analysis.

During my research internships at NSU Genome Research Institute, I gained hands-on experience with Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies, a cutting-edge method for high-throughput DNA sequencing. I managed ongoing projects in clinical microbiology and molecular biology, including bacterial DNA extraction, stool DNA extraction, and cancer tissue DNA extraction. Additionally, I performed ELISA as part of an international collaborative project on serological testing of SARS-CoV-2 transmission rate.In these projects, I executed laboratory experiments, managed sample preparation, collected data, and designed experiments. Collaboration with fellow researchers fostered a conducive environment for knowledge-sharing and resource pooling. I also played a role in training junior students on laboratory testing procedures, emphasizing a culture of learning and skill development.I had the opportunity to present our research findings at prestigious conferences, such as the 2nd International Conference on Genomics, Nanotech, and Bioengineering (ICGNB-2022) and the 35th BSM Annual Conference, receiving valuable feedback from experts.Overall, my hands-on experience with Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies and managing research projects in clinical microbiology and molecular biology have enriched my technical skills and passion for collaborative research. I am eager to make meaningful contributions to the scientific community and advance our understanding of critical biomedical and microbiological challenges.
