I’m the Lead for Marketing & Communications for PBOPlus Consulting. As a company it's a challenging chimaera that has evolved over a decade of trial. We focus on the integrating Business Consultancy, Software Development and Industrial Automation. It's my job to be build that lightning rod to create B2B partnerships, both at the beginning of a project and at the end after the targets have been achieved. In order for me to do my job I work with 3 teams of Senior Consultants, Program Developers and Engineers. Since our ethos is that the product is the only marketing tool you need - my work requires me to be equally a Product Manager, Developer and most evangelical Salesman. The most satisfying bit of work till now has been the two custom ERPs we developed. One a business organisational tool, and the other a program that helped Wedding Planners work out of their phones alone. It pushed me not only think product forward, but work backwards from Client expectations. Clients that didn't know the product existed during development,moreover. Before PBOPlus, I worked in Aviation - that's where I realised that program management , product development and client communication were my strong suitsFor me, the appeal of building something is only matched by the satisfaction of creating data from monitoring its usage and creating a conversation around it. And I'm always happy to help people solve their product and messaging problems. The greatest waste is watching a good idea fail to get traction. The most outrageous waste is watching a great moment in the marketplace be let down by a product that could not deliver. I have an Engineering Degree from BITS Pilani India and have generated multiple research positions for Engineering platforms over the years.My skills to be brief, for once, focusses on creating a cross-departmental coordination throughout PBOPlus. Both vertically (design to delivery) and horizontally (across Business Verticals)Every day, with every project we get to rewrite the rules for industries and partner with companies that have an appetite for a gambit. Turn it into a game paradigm and I'll work to deliver. Competition and Data are two vectors for my work. When I'm not at work, I'm fiddling with motorcycles, radios, and analogue gear of any kind.
