•Attending work Inspection Requests (WIR's), material inspection request (MIR)submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.• Assist Senior Mechanical Engineer in all aspects of the final acceptance of thework and closeout all applicable contracts.• Check and verify the accuracy and quality of work at site for all HVAC systems. Allshould be as per approved shop drawing. Project specification and relevantengineering codes/standards.•Inspect all work for firefighting system such as: · (Firefighting network with allcomponent like black steel pipes, valves, fittings, sprinklers, pumps, FHC, NOVACsystem.•Inspect all work for plumbing system (water supply system and drainage system).• Ensure that all mechanical works are in accordance with the applicable standards.•Material and equipment inspection. Review all supporting documents such as;material certificates, calibration certificates and construction procedures as perstandard requirements.•Reviewing the shop drawings and material submittals as per project specification.•Inspect all materials and equipment delivery at site and assure that all to be as perapproval material selection and project specification.•Issue SI and NCR to the contractors for any non-conformance or discrepancy.•Witness the testing and commissioning for all Mechanical services.•Daily surveillance and monitoring for the development of work at site and submitdaily, weekly & monthly progress report.•Responsible for reviewing the red-line drawing and as-built drawings.

•Responsible for all Mechanical related work at different Parcel with dueconsideration of HSE requirements.•Responsible for preparation of Work inspection request (WIR), Material approvalrequest (MAR) & Material inspection request (MIR).•Monitoring and controlling of subcontractor’s activities with the aim to meet thecommitted schedule and Quality targets.• Maintain quality assurance regarding the installation of all work in compliancewith the plan, specification, and industry standards.• Liaise with QA/QC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE are complied atevery stage of project execution as per EHS standards.•Coordination with other M.E.P services during Installation of HVAC ducts.•Maintaining the SMACNA standards during erection of Supply Air Ducts.•Preparing work schedules and assigning duties to sub-ordinates and subcontractors.•Correspondence with the Consultant and Client in accordance of progress reports.•Responsible for Drawing submittals & Approvals.•Responsible for preparing SCC (Static completion certificate).•Responsible for closing Site observation report (SOR), given by testing andcommissioning (Third party).•Responsible for preparing sub contractors invoice's and preparing request formaterial's.•Maintaining proper pressure at the time of Commissioning for water supply pipes& proper slope for Drainage Pipes.• Responsible for the Installation, testing and Commissioning for HVAC, FireFighting and Plumbing system.•Testing and commissioning of HVAC systems such as Air Handling Units, Fan CoilUnits, Pumps, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Duct work systems andthe Piping networks.
