- Oversee domestic and international logistics for all Cupboard brands.- Oversee and manage inventory control of raw materials through the purchase stage to finished goods, including purchasing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, quality control, freight, warehousing, and delivery at the point of sale.- Oversee and coordinate the transport of goods through US customs, and ensure that all necessary carton markings, customs bonds, HS coding, and compliance information is in order and accurate.- Lead and implement inventory forecasting methodology to ensure that Cupboard goods are in stock at all times.- Ensure inventory arrives at final destination on time and in good quality.- Develop and document all Standard Operating Procedures for Cupboard business processes to develop standardized procedures that can be used by other Cupboard team members.- Implement measures to reduce costs and drive efficiencies through optimization of sourcing, vendor management, and freight optimizations.- Develop and track performance indicators for Cupboard's inbound and outbound freight and implement performance improvements when necessary.*Seller Central*- Own day-to-day seller central account management for all listing, logistics, and operations related issues.- Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries and resolve with a sense of urgency.- Submit cases and investigate issues with Amazon.- Oversee and resolve customer service inquiries, claims & returns, refunds, and reviews.- Keep abreast of Amazon policies (ie. IPI, covid, etc.) and come up with solutions when new problems arise.- Analyze business and inventory reports from Seller Central, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth.- Identify new market gaps and launching products.- Amazon PPC management.
