Structures teams for these projects with clear understanding of the project’s roles and responsibilities• Operates as a technical lead for various types projects with a strong capability to coordinate multiple disciplines and communicate project requirements• Leads client interface/meetings and manages project’s contractual requirements. Oversees and coordinates project deliverables with client, consultants/subs and other teams. Promotes innovation and change in WWTP design across projects and documents the same for wider team use• Fair knowledge of the market and helps in reviewing cost plans on projects.• Assists and updates finance report/ project financial status on projects; review change orders/variation orders for the project they are responsible for in liaison with Project Director• Identifies skills gaps and helps in the sources, interviews and recruitment of new joiners.• Generate Enquiry - Selling, Servicing of the existing and new customer• Cost analysis, estimating, develop value-added propositions and proposal writing• Meeting consultants for technical discussion & presentations/technical offers for FEED projects• Analyzing the market and identifying potential clients from various regions who might benefit from company products and services• Managing the new product launch and exhibits and promoting it in several exhibitions • Developing long-term relationships with clients & understanding their requirements

• Expertise in Process Designing of WWTP such as O&G refineries, dairy factory, slaughter houses, poultry, chocolate factory, tannery factories, etc.,• Direct and lead in preparation, availability and implementation of isolation procedures for safe and effective execution of activities on day-to-day basis so that all relevant procedural/ operational/ legislative/ shareholders requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service• Manage and ensure Operation & Maintenance Manual Procedures are reviewed and updated regularly incorporating all the changes that occurred due to operational experience gained or plant modifications due to PMR or schemes or project implementation or change of responsibility or HSE concerns or best practices• Provide on-site technical support to Operations Process in troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking studies for the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of the plant facilities• Monitor plant performance on a daily basis and provide technical advice to improve the performance and manage the quality and quantity as per client specification for WWTP. Manage the quality and treatment processes of effluent water/produced water as per specified standards while ensuring the effective removal of hydrocarbons, metals, wastes and biological ingredients
