PSEC (ISO 9001:2015,140001:2015,45001:2018)- Monitor day to day Production activities, oversee plant performance- Develop Production plans based on demand forecast, raw material availability and equipment capacity - Communicate production goals, priorities and performance metrics to production team and senior management - Use of ERP and SAP inventory management and availability of raw materials to achieve production goals - Tracking of production plans to check that daily targets are aligned with planning - Coordinate Cross Functional for arrangements of raw materials (chemicals) for completion of required production tasks on daily, weekly and monthly basis- Scenario based planning for any production plan changes required during shifts assessing the condition or requirement - Handle plant troubleshooting and take counter measurements to ensure plant and equipment safety - Implement Operations Excellence at plant sites to ensure smooth and quality production - Plant Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for manufacturing plant - Process design and construction monitoring in plant revamping - Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) making, reading using Visio - Process simulation software (Aspen Hyses) - Making procedures for handling of Highly Health Hazard Chemicals Hydro Chloric Acid (HCl), Nitric Acid (HNO3) and Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) - Coordinate Cross Functional for NOC requirements fulfillment for Hazardous chemicals required by Antibiotics Force Punjab, Plan visits, Documents preparation coordinating with Legal Team and Implementation of safety standards at plant and storage areas - Material Safety and Data Sheets (MSDS) formation and training of manpower regarding safe handling and risk awareness- HAZOP study for highly flameable and hazardous chemicals being used at plants to assess severity in case of interaction with the human body or inhalation during working - Coordinate Cross Functional Teams interacting with the QEHS department for emergency drills for fire fighting and chemicals handling-PHA and PSM for process safety - Chemical Solutions testing/Analysis in modern Chemical Lab equipments i.e Titration, centrifuge- Chemical Lab Maintenance and equipment maintenance and purchase of new equipment if needed for replacement - Cross Functional Coordination with Quality Control/Assurance Team to ensure product quality standard - Lean Manufacturing to drive Innovative ideas in production to achieve company objective and goals for market competitive products
