I am currently an Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage, and my goal is to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals with the help of rental units, insurance, and moving supplies sales. I am responsible for some facilities, vendor payments, and cooperation with my colleagues. I have also been a Store Manager where I could train attendants and achieve and exceed sales goals. Academically, I am pursuing my Bachelor and Accelerated Masters at George Mason University majoring in Information Technology with Cyber Security. Before this, I graduated from the Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Cyber Security. I have a passion for IT and always strive to learn more new things in this constantly developing sphere. My recently acclaimed position was as an intern at SAIC where I was working as a Service Desk Support performing first-line technical support for the users and addressing their hardware, software, and network problems. I supervised the occurrence of incidents and service requests, as well as the development and modification of technical documentation and system maintenance activities. This experience has enriched my technical problem-solving skills, communication skills, and knowledge of service delivery. The professional development plans cover the areas of embracing lifelong learning, improving the decision-making process, and ensuring that one’s profession is in tune with their values. I am ready to start my work in the world of cybersecurity and contribute my customer service background along with IT knowledge to help safeguard organizational resources.
