• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, providing comprehensive L1 and L2 support.• Assist IT Manager and Web Developer in day-to-day tasks.• Gather Resources for Wed developer• Administer Microsoft 365, managing user accounts, access, and email platforms (Microsoft 365, Google, Apple).• Install and manage Microsoft Office and other necessary apps, set up workstations and peripherals, and configure Apple iOS devices.• Ensure network and computer system security, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and diagnose technical issues.• Manage inventory, schedule upgrades, and maintenance, provide training on applications and systems, and troubleshoot Adobe applications.
