-Prepare strategies and policies for implementing projects and supervise initiatives implementing operational plans to achieve goals.-Adopt various engineering designs and make modifications to them and develop them.-Prepare the project time scope, setting the agenda and supervise its implementation.-Oversee budgets and costs and managing contracts with suppliers.-Test the resources used to design the project and verify their compliance with various engineering standards and specifications.-Direct and evaluate the work team through performance measurement indicators and follow up on their achievements periodically.-Provide a stimulating environment for the work team by solving their problems and distribute bonuses and incentives to them periodically.-Prepare mechanisms for the obstacles that hinder the progress of work in the project and ensure the development of radical solutions to prevent their recurrence.-Assess risks and ensure that mechanisms are put in place to deal with emergencies and investigate, if they occur, to find out their causes.-Follow up on the issuance of work permits necessary for the various stages of the project from the competent authorities.-Verify the application of all occupational safety and security standards and policies during the implementation of various tasks.-Prepare periodic reports on the implemented tasks and discuss them with the project manager to take appropriate decisions.-Ensure on-time project delivery while ensuring all estimated budgets.

-Supervise the implementation of operations in engineering projects as well as all work orders within the limits of the nature of the work.-Investigate and perform analysis of how existing projects or components can be improved and supervise their implementation.-Schedule, plan, anticipate, provision and manage all technical activities to ensure project accuracy.-Interact on a daily basis with customers to explain their needs and requirements and verify that they are implemented correctly.-Prepare procurement plans, bids and orders, including evaluation of tender quotations, negotiation and contract management.-Quality control, performance standards and specifications required by the project.-Preserve the various project documents and their archives to facilitate future reference.-Know and provide training needs of the work team.-Know the latest systems in the field of project engineering and ensure that they are applied correctly.
