I hold a doctorate degree in Electronics engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy earned in 2017. Prior to that, I have completed my masters in Communications engineering from Chalmers university of technology, Sweden in 2010 and bachelors in Electrical engineering from UET Peshawar, Pakistan in 2007. I have been affiliated with academia and research since 2011 and have an extensive teaching, research and administrative experience at several institutes of repute both in Pakistan and overseas. I have contributed to projects funded by Xilinx Inc., the EU and Korean ministry of ICTs. The broader themes of these projects encompassed over diversified domains such as heterogenoeus computing involving FPGA-based accelerators, high-level synthesis, design automation methodologies for power-intent in ASICs and ML accelerators. I am actively pursuing further job opportunities in the aforementioned research domains.
