• Submitting of MMR (Monthly membership reports).• Submitting of MAR (Monthly Activity Reports).• Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel• Preparing Agendas for the Meetings.• Preparing Minutes of the Meeting. • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.• Prepare and mail checks, Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.• Order and dispense supplies• Manage projects, and contribute to committee and team work., i.e. Hermain Eye & Medical Hospital, Watan High School Dispensary, Jinnah Ibtadai School, Etc.• E-Banking Transactions.• Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements• Maintenance of Daily Ledgers (inclusive of Cash Ledgers) & Stock Registers electronically on Excel and manually as well.• Complete Bank Related Work.• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.

• Dealing with International Suppliers mainly from China, Korea, Singapore and UAE via electronic media mainly through emails and telephonically.• All negotiations with suppliers, banks and Customs from L/c Opening till the stocks at home godown.• Keeping in view the Dollar fluctuations against rupee as needed for Imports. Mostly visits to foreign exchange markets and web browsing to keep update.• Sales Tax and Income Tax return filling monthly and yearly electronically on e.fbr.gov.pk• Maintenance of Daily Ledgers (inclusive of Cash Ledgers) & Stock Registers electronically on Financial Oracle and manually as well.• Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on weekly basis and godown inspections.• Performs other admin works as needed.
