Current• Business operations & Development• Manage contract negotiations and manage pre and post awards activities Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities • Managing the skills and competency development of procurement staff, including training development and knowledge management capabilities• Sourcing Management and Supplier relationship• Direct and indirect procurement and local talent capacity building• Development and execution of the core plan to develop liaison between the government organizations for effective delivery of the digital services.• Engage with management partners to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are achieved• Coordinate project activities, resources, and teams to ensure timely and successful project implementation.• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges• Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management• Lead project evaluation and impact assessment activities to measure project effectiveness and inform continuous improvement• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project staff and stakeholders to maximize project impact and outcomes• Represent the organization and its projects in meetings and at different forums to promote visibility and build partnerships
