I use the JustAnswer platform to offer secure remote assistance controls for troubleshooting, maintenance, or support. I have worked with various electronic devices and operating systems, such as TVs, Android devices, home cinema systems, laptops, desktops, smartphones, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS. I offer advice to customers on best practices and the use of devices, increasing their satisfaction and retention rates.
