As the Communication and Coordination Manager at Ulom for Research and Development, I am responsible for planning and implementing communication strategies that align with our organizational goals. My role includes managing both internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and effective information flow across departments. By coordinating efforts and fostering collaboration among teams, I help create a cohesive work environment that supports the successful execution of our projects.

The Youth Impact Council, which is the first platform concerned with supporting the growth of youth organizations by providing an effective environment and sharing experiences and information that serve organizations in the non-profit sector, with the aim of sustaining them and making them more effective, in a way that enhances the means of interdependence between workers in the sector, and creates new opportunities to maximize the impact of organizations.
