From April 2020 to January 2024, I led procurement activities with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. My responsibilities included:➢ Ensures that all procurement activities adhere to established quality standards and procedures. This involves monitoring the entire procurement process from vendor selection to contract management.➢ Preparation and Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents for Client Review and Approval.➢ Analyse and prepare Material Technical Submittal for proposed items to be used for the project.➢ Prepare Technical Comparison/Compliance Sheet for proposed materials and/or equipment to be supplied by Contractor taking into consideration compliance to Project Specifications and Approved IFC and/or Shop Drawings.➢ Maintains a comprehensive Log Sheet for the PQD and MAT Submittals, incorporating data from Corporate Procurement related to PO Numbers, Dates, Delivery, and all other information as required by the Project Manager.➢ Preparation of complete Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) which includes; Approval sheet, IAP Checklist, Un-priced Purchase Order, MR approval, Technical Specifications, Data Sheet, Drawings, ITPs, Pre Inspection Meeting Agenda, Assigned Inspectors Resume.➢ Conduct PIM before inspection of equipment or material which is carry out for mutual confirmation of necessary inspection documents such as drawings and inspection procedures, inspection items, necessity of inspection records, applied standards and codes, criteria for acceptance, witness inspection items, and inspection schedule, etc.➢ Assist QC inspectors in all aspects of their work to ensure that all project requirements are fulfilled and that all inspections required are carried out and correctly recorded.
