I am a Technical Support Engineer at Beeka Technologies, a leading software company that provides innovative solutions and services to various industries. I joined the company in Dec 2022, after working for four months at Tradeasy, another software company that specializes in online trading platforms.In my current role, I deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers and clients who use Beeka Technologies' software products and services, ensuring that their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. I also create and present reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in these applications. I graduated from PRIST University in India with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in Jul 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and applications of electronics and communications systems. I have also developed skills in software development, testing, and debugging, which enable me to perform my tasks effectively and accurately.I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
