This tenure majorly covers the domain of real-time issuer transaction processing, DEX implementation with Payment Networks like (VISA, MasterCard Discover, and AMEX), Cardholder/Merchant POS/ Program Manager facing portals, ISO-8583 based API solutions, Payment Gateways, International Fund transfer systems, KYC processing and now have started working on acquiring and Credit Card systems.My current job's description includes the following tasks and responsibilities,- Review and feedback on sales hand-shake deliverable which majorly includes the client contract, types of services, integration modes, and other miscellaneous information.- Participate in requirement elicitation and analysis process which ends use-case drafting & sign-off activities. In parallel with this activity, I also work on Solution design and identification of new business developments.- Works with client implementation and Client Engagement teams to ensure the validation of end-to-end project implementation.- Participates in UAT testing activity. Additionally, the following tasks also come under my work umbrella.- Participate in Peer Reviews for new business development as a subject matter expert on proposed solutions.- Manage all sub-ordinates who are assigned as Jr. BA on my projects. This includes their domain training, help in the requirement elicitation process, problem-solving, and delegating project tasks.- Conduct Domain training sessions for various product areas.- Participates in third-party vendor and Payment Network level certifications as a business SME.- Leading MasterCard / VISA yearly compliance review and analysis.
