Role & Responsiblities •Lead operational and technical workshops with clients to understand their business and technology needs. •Manage and oversee team of professionals, including mentoring team members, and managing conflict resolution to ensure a unified collaborative team. •Manage and provide direction to internal technical members to ensure deadlines for deployments tasks are met and project roadblocks are resolved to minimize project delays.•Establish priorities for development and deployment tasks based on business requirements.•Allocate tasks to team members and monitor progress through completion. •Oversee training of new hires and professional development of team members to ensure they possess the skills to carry-out their job functions•Lead discovery sessions with the client’s technical teams to understand the client architecture and make strategic recommendations, including coordinating with the team to obtain completed information to design solutions. •Provide strategic guidance and direction to development and deployment teams to develop a suitable Project Design that meets the clients’ needs. •Oversee the development of the design plan for Afiniti’s integration within client’s environment.•Identify all deployment tasks, assign ownership and monitor task completion by team members based on timelines established in the project plan. •Ensure regular updates and any issues faced on the projects are communicated internally and actions are being taken to resolve these issues•Collaborate with all the production teams to ensure that all the teams are on-board before project go-live and there aren’t any missing links •Make recommendations to resolve project roadblocks and escalate significant issues to more senior management for quick resolution. •Manage interactions with development teams to review production issues, ensuring prioritization based on the impact on the project’s revenue stream and urgency.

It is the Sultanate’s first privately owned telecommunications company, and serves over two million customers.Role & Responsibilities:-Communicate with business users to gather reporting requirements and manage ETL and BI teams for timely delivery of new projects change request.-Involvement with all the DWH source teams to gather information regarding new changes or to enhance current reporting and ensure data quality and timely availability of data-Adaptive and preventive maintenance of the current DWH infrastructure- Overseeing all projects, including monitoring and reporting on KPI`s, program management for the Data-warehouse, BI and Analytics portfolio- Planning, team management, vendor management and strategic alignment for the overall EDW/BI/Analytics portfolio- Training, developing and mentoring team members- Providing thought leadership to various stakeholders in the organization around the effective strategic alignment and utilization of the relevant technology platforms- Information & data governance- Enterprise Data-warehouse and BI architecture- Advanced analytics and research through statistical analysis & data mining techniques-Also provide Teradata database administration including development/management housekeeping jobs, viewpoint, TASM, performance monitoring and query optimization.

Responsible of delivery of managed services to multiple client of Teradata. Furthermore spearheaded internal initiative for improving delivery of managed services (Including but not limited to MS Automation and ETL Second level support Initiative)
