At Sandoz, my role as Training Manager involves developing and executing learning strategies that support our sales objectives for Malaysia and Singapore. I am currently assigned with an expanded role to support Philippines, Thailand and SIR - Sandoz Internation Region as well. My competencies include orchestrating impactful sales training, providing in-field coaching, and implementing cross-functional initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness.Previously, with Novartis, my expertise in curating learning solutions spanned across ten countries, benefitting over 5000 associates. The focus was on accelerating personal effectiveness, cultivating digital capabilities, and honing business acumen. In collaboration with our teams, we nurtured an inspired and curious culture, driving the achievement of strategic business goals and nurturing leadership potential.
