We hosts concepts such as Pakistan’s first board game Lounge hosting a Library of over 200 Boardgames being subcontinents biggest board game lounge. Pi Social also hosts a concept of being the first co-working cafe of Pakistan offering daily, weekly and monthly workspace subscriptions; unlimited internet facilities with indoor and outdoor seating. In a brief period of time Pi Social has become one of the go-to cafes of Karachi, Pakistan with great organic reach in terms of presence and marketing. We as a company decided to acquire an MT5 licence from Metaquotes being one of the few brokers in the world and the first in Africa and Pakistan to hold an MT5 Licence and provider. I took the lead on this project as a Head of Product Marketing to introduce and implement MT5 to the local markets in Pakistan and connect the feed of the local mercantile exchange (PMEX) to this state of the art platform and offer to the local customers to trade. The aim was also to maximize institutional and retail sales in this space hence i was a major part of the sales process as well. I was also responsible for the Product Marketing of this project. My Major responsibilities along with my team of 6 and suppliers included but were not limited to:-Implementing and setting up the MT5 Platform, MT5 Admin, MT5 Servers-Implementing International CFD Feed with MT5 and the Local Mercantile Exchange-Implementing the Local Website on Hubspot COS with Sales, Support and Customer Portal-Handling the Sales Process with a team of 5 including Script, training, references, research and retention policies-Onboarding and Servicing Premier Accounts (Deposits over $25,000)-Retaining IB’s and generating targets and revenue from them.-Handling the Media and Marketing Budgets for Customer Acquisition, Brand Awareness, Retention-Managing and Overview of Google PPC, Facebook Ads, Adroll (Remarketing)-Brand Guidelines and Persona of the Local Brand-Creating Data Charts for Analytical view on Marketing and Product Innovations.-Handling Other Marketing Channels (Email Marketing and Segmentations, SEO, Blogs)-Leading the Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram)-Product Configurations (System, Groups, Symbols etc)-Product Training (Staff, Customers, Fairs and Conferences)

Have successfully implemented MT4 system at ACM Gold working with Panda TS; a prominent technology vendors for MT4 in the industry.Have an in depth knowledge about MT4 technology in terms of its groups, securities set, number of symbols & basic to advance level configuration.Have implemented a completely different technology within ACM Gold from CFH Clearing to consolidate the overall risk of ACM Gold in one place so that it can facilitate an aggregate overview of the risk exposure for the top management. Working over consolidation of all the technological systems currently being used within the company under one optimized solution for better reporting and management.Using the technology from CFH Clearing, integrated the system with other technology vendors in South Africa i.e Sword Fish, Iress, Nut Cracker & Diro, so as to provide the clients using their system with liquidity for trading in forex and commodities via a locally based liquidity provider i.e ACM Gold.Strategized the provision of liquidity to various small scale retail brokers locally and internationally.Have implemented the provision of liquidity to Bourse Africa Formerly known as Global Board of Trade and the only exchange that has listed spot CFDs on an exchange level via new technology that was implemented within the ACM Gold group for streamlining the institutional business.
