And inform the management for eliminating the delays in the project. 6. Preparation of As-Built Program to study the delay incurred. 7. Working alongside a Claims Management Company – Quantum International to prepare a Delay Claims Report with the Variance reporting and Delay programs. 8. Preparation of various S-Curves for Man-hours as well as Cash Flow 9. Preparing Monthly and weekly Progress reports updating corresponding progress.

Co-ordinates in preparation of standardized bidding and contract documents. 10. Co-ordinates with Admin. & Finance Dept. for budgetary approvals and forecasts. 11. 1. Assistance in preparation of shop level designs and drawings in AUTO CAD.2. Supervision of all Mechanical works, including Piping materials like Copper, G.I. pipes, Stainless Steel and Black Steel etc…. of various schedules and sizes.3. Preparation of inspection requests for the testing of pipes for the consultant approval. And material submittal forms for the various materials according to the design.4. Making schedule for day-to-day work at site and for the works to be completed.5. Quantity surveying of the materials required at the site according to the progress of the work.
