Follow up on project/ contractual deliverables, risk management workshops, coordinate with engineering for deliverables for assigned packages and coordinate with procurement for finalizing purchase orders, up to delivery of material to site and completing commissioning activities.Interface Management: implement the interface system among the project, and ensure allignement with all outside interfacing parties for timely execution of the project

Follow up on all site electrical construction activities ( cable pulling, glanding and termination, panel installation, switchgears installation, transformer erection, lighting systems, earthing systems...), and coordinating with subcontractor for job prioritization, preparing 3 week look ahead schedules, commissioning of electrical systems, vendor coordination, preparing material reconciliation, reviewing and approving project invoices, coordination with engineering for all deliverables. ..

Generating cable schedule, load lists, cable sizing calculation, revewing heat tracing isometrics, interdiscipline coordination, IE interface, LV switchgear package ( review SLD's, general arrangement drawings, factory inspection), electrical cables ( generating MTO, preparing and revewing purchase orders, Factory inspection), Transformers package.
