Being a founding father is a unique experience where we create and manage an organization from the ground up, then proudly look back on the legacy we’ve left for those who become members in the future. Rather than adapting to a culture that does not align with our beliefs, we had the freedom and responsibility to help determine the direction of a new chapter on our campus. One of the main things we had to do was find balance between work and brotherhood. We would reach out to our brothers to empower them and truly make it a chapter effort in building the fraternity.
