Recently concluded a successful project of vehicle and chauffeur service provision for the Filmfare awards held in October'21 in Dubai, wherein we managed a fleet of over 200 luxury vehicles, providing top-notch transport services to VVIP guests.My day-to-day tasks include: • Conducting interviews and screening of new riders• Coordinating with the onboarding team to initiate and complete the onboarding process• Supervising the online and on-ground training of new riders• Liaising with the station POCs to ensure smooth operation and service provision• Coordinating with the fleet in charge to ensure optimum vehicle standards and rider safety

• Set up the operations ecosystem from the initiation of operations and worked hand in hand to maintain the service provision quality• Managed the whole fleet, taking it from 20 vehicles initially to 100+ vehicles currently• Coordinated with the fleet incharge to ensure optimum vehicle standards and driver safety • Conducted interviews and screening of new drivers, having interviewed and vetted over 2000 potential candidates• Coordinated with the onboarding team to initiate and complete the onboarding process• Supervised the online and on-ground training of new drivers• Liaised with the station POCs to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries, and exceptional performance standards with an average daily delivery success rate of 96%• Managed communications with the station teams of Amazon and Noon to resolve any operations and/or performance-related issues
