Training and Development for Petroleum Inspectors and Lab Techs.Assist General.Manager in IR/ HR issues Responsible for Quality Management/Safety/Marine Survey and Quality Petroleum Inspection and Analysis of Petroleum products.Conducts and formulates audit plans for offices within Latin America.Participates in the Audit and Management Review committee to monitor and improve QA within Saybolt Latin America Prepares the Trinidad Location for Audits from TTBS/STOW as wells as, local/ international clients.Assist in revising the quality systems, work, risk assessments, procedures, and/or work instructionsWorks to eliminate any cause of a poor quality product or service formal customer complaints, or internal quality failure or gaps identified Logs, investigates and reviews all Customer Complaints and ComplimentsMaintains Document Control/External Documents for Saybolt Trinidad.Review and revise documents to ensure compliance to ASTM/ API/OSH standards.Review Safety systems and conducts audits in accordance with STOW, OSH and company guidelines to ensure they are up to date and compliantConducts Training on all new /modified procedures in Quality/Safety and Lab to employees.Compile company Safety statistics and data under requirements of the Regional safety Director.Performs Control of Quality/Safety documents and maintenance of appropriate records.Review suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications/procedures.Liaise with suppliers and supply chain to ensure suitability and on time delivery’s to ensure smooth operations.Generation of reports and basic record keeping in the form of incoming inspection reports, calibration records, nonconformance reports, quality control checklists, control charts and training matrix for all Lab Employees.Records all Corrective Action (CAR) in the Corrective and Preventive Action Log; Follow-up on Corrective Action (CA) activities to ensure that the CAR is completed using Root Cause Analysis and the five why method
