Experienced Desktop Engineer (Windows, limited with linux) with over 10 years of experience of finding soloutions to clients IT/Hardware issues. In my time I have developed a wide range of skills to help business and small start ups resolve any IT issues which maybe delaying their plans/projects. During my Journey I have had to deal with many high pressure situations as the support work I used to do was for The Military and The Royal Berkshire hospital which have invaluable to my progression. I also believe this has helped with my relationship with customers as many of the Military and Front Line NHS staff come from different cultural backgrounds and have difference ethics when dealing with incidents, which I beileve to be of great importance as in modern times as many companies now operate on a globab scale.I also enjoy working on software and building computers from my home in my spare time as well as partaking in sports, which I have been able to impliment into my working life.
