Prepare the consignment accounts of Dry fruits. Costing of Inventory Performs a variety of administrative, accounting and supervisory duties of factory.Performs bookkeeping duties including balancing reports to cash and checks received.Reviews invoices for accuracy and processes vendor checks for paymentMonitoring due date payment to Suppliers and recorded Factory expenses.Controlling of Factory stock and provide report on regular basis to higher authorities.Export & Logistic Preparing Export Quotations and Purchase Order.Preparing consignment Documents by sea and by air.Deals in Advance payment, C.A.D and L/C basis.Monitoring prepare consignment in factory from un-processed to processed goods.Monitoring consignment from shipper designation to consignee designation.Correspondence with consignee by emailing.Scans, sorts, and categorizes backup documentation in the imaging software system as well as in filling (Hard form).

Working in Accounts receivables area in ERP system (Oracle)Liaison with external auditor of PWCMonthly internal audit of Raw material, W.I.P, Finished goods & counting of empty cans available at the end of month.
