Dealing with Rice Sales & Marketing in Lahore market.

Management: • Preparation of monthly/yearly “Sales Reports” against allocated monthly/yearly Sales Budget.• Preparation of Company’s Yearly Sales Budget, and also worked / assist for Company’s Expenses Budget.• Knowledge/experience of “Distribution Department”, Can prepare customer’s daily deliveries, as per customer’s request/orders for next day’s arrangements.• Follow-up with customers & Co-ordination with Accounts Office for all current & old/pending payments/collections. Sales/Marketing• To explore the Market / Potential customers, new projects from the bidding & initial stage.• Handling/watching of activities for all customers, such as daily demands, maintain their Blanket P.O./Contracts, and if there is any future expansion’s requirements etc. • Close watch on all competitor’s activities and local market situation for gases products.• Keep on track the record of Company’s assets, like Tanks, Containers or Cylinders provided by the Company to variuous customers on Loan/Rental basis.• Lead/train the sales team, time to time with new ideas, products, item required by market.• Regular visits to various key customers/projects to watch their day to day incearesed requirment.• Keep in touch with key persons at sites to get their satisfaction on quality of our products/services.Technical Services• Handling of all type PPM Level Mixtures & pure gases inquires & orders of Saudi Aramco, All Sabic Industries & their Research Centres in Saudi Arabia.• Close watch on Site Engineers for Purging Jobs, Leak Testing, supply of gases at various required pressure in piping system.• Handling the Technical Inquiries/orders/work, such as various type Manifolds, Piping installation Work, Gauges Regulators, & Nitrogen Purging/Leak Testing jobs etc.• Follow-up with Production Department to produce/keep ready the stock as per customer’s daily orders.

• Manage/control the all in/out correspondence belong to business, as per Company’s procedure/requirement.• Manage & supervision of all files (Record) of employees of the company. • Preparation for Staff and Workers the annual confidential reports (ACR) and annual vacation plan.• Implementation of Company Rules & Instructions with in the all employees & concerned.• Follow-up with all government/Security departments through Relation Representative for all related matters (Like renewal of Iqama, Vehicals Registration and other police matters)• Explore the Market / Potential customers, new projects from the foundations till to the completion of their last floor/roof. (Multi Stories Complex)• Finalize the contracts/agreements with contractors/consultants and Owners of the buildings/projects.• Supervision of the 3-4 Sales Reps sales/orders and watch Sales Reps individually for their performance/target allocated.• Entertain the direct orders received from various owners or contractors for their individual projects.• Preparation of Monthly Sales Reports and further submission to General Manager.• Supervision of all type of requirements at Plant, its activities, and daily work/delivery schedule etc.

Prepare Daily Sales Report of Airline Tickets, Issue Invoices & maintain the account of Clients/Companies. Follow-up for Payment.
