To assist in designing the strategy, managing all the A.M.L. and risk activities for the company, ensuring that the company complies with the regulatory requirements and external parties.Managing the preparation of all regulatory reporting, including Compliance report, Semi-Annual A.M.L. report, and other reports as required by regulatorsReviewed the client onboarding documents (KYC) and highlighted the client risk category to the client acceptance committeeProviding A.M.L. training to new employees and Annually to all the employees as required by S.C.A.Establish and cross-check Chinese wall effectiveness, Employees' annual declaration, Complaint, Personal account dealing, etc.Reporting FATCA and C.R.S. reports to regulators and ensuring that all the clients have adhered to it's regulations.Ensure that the company's employees comply with the company's policies and procedures.Establish and maintain effective compliance manual& anti-money laundry procedures.Ensure that the client's KYC and A.M.L. documentation arein place and filled safely
