Link utilization monitoring and supervision and Alarm monitoring .)• O & M scope includes : ISIS, BGP, MPLS and L3VPNs ,QOS ,EBGP/IBGP and BGP attributes (Local preference , MED , AS-PATH , NEXT-HOP, COMMUNITY ATTRIBUTES) , RSVP Tunnels, BFD , EVPN SNMP , AAA FTP/SFTP , license management and Activation.• Responsible to produce optical budget reports via NMS, for integrated DWDM, coherent OTN, and MSTP links, and implementing rectification plans by engaging field teams.• Active contributor in designing Electrical ASON & WSON (via OTN), to consolidate network resilience.• Spearheading business partners, suppliers, and 3rd party contractors for successful project delivery, within project timelines and by Jazz Code of Conduct.

• Manage fiber acceptance and conduct OTDR testing, PMD (Polarization Mode Dispersion), CD (Chromatic Dispersion) for fiber ring turn-up Optimization of integrated DWDM Network, optical power budgeting, controlling OSNR, BER at Och level.• Utilize Google Fiber tools (Earth Pro and GIS) to manage projects, design fiber routing and track vendor progress.• Work with stakeholders to develop strategies and to optimize organizational goals to generate growth and revenue.• Develop and manage maintenance plans, coordinate and supervise 5 major vendors while providing constructive feedback, coaching and training.• Field troubleshoot and coordinate with outside plant/inside plant on large-scale outages
