Beyond this, Faheem fosters a vibrant community of social innovators, cultivating spaces for collective wisdom, meaningful dialogue, and mutual support—creating a soft-edged, more nurturing environments within the often-challenging social impact sector.Here’s a glimpse into Faheem’s decade-long journey:#1: Faheem’s journey began with AIESEC in 2012, where he led over 300 volunteers to facilitate transformative exchange programs for more than 2,000 exchange participants. These programs fostered cross-cultural understanding, inspiring many participants to take on leadership roles in organizations focused on social-development, public policy and systems-level change.#2: At Teach For India, Faheem addressed the high dropout rates, lower learning levels and lack of aspirations in an under-served community of 1000+ families by launching community-driven programs. In two years, he introduced tech-enabled classroom in a low-income school, experiential learning programs and mobilised volunteers towards mentoring 100 children and inspiring over 30 students to pursue higher education and serve as role models within their communities.#3: As part of Access Livelihoods, Faheem was instrumental in founding the Transforming India Initiative and Women Entrepreneurship Program, which equipped 50 aspiring social entrepreneurs and 100 early-stage enterprises to enhance the incomes of over 5,000 marginalized people, achieving income increases of 3x to 5x within 2-5 years.#4: Today, Faheem is part of the founding team in building a community of social-innovators at Acumen, where he has facilitated over USD 5 million in equity and grants to scale 50 social enterprises and supported over 200+ growth-stage enterprises with strategic support, organizational development, leadership development & capital. Faheem designs and builds systems that empower social innovators. By creating frameworks that streamline resources, foster strategic partnerships, and enable access to essential tools, he equips these leaders with the infrastructure to scale their solutions effectively. His approach combines deep-rooted expertise with an adaptive understanding of social issues, helping innovators not only overcome barriers but also amplify their reach and sustainability.
